Venues:
The Northern Wairoa and Opononi Tavern have rules for entry to their licensed premises. All event participants agree to accept and be bound by the venues rules.
Group Ride:
This is a ride that is on open public roads. All participants enter and agree to be bound by the road code and usual legal road riding practices. It is not a race nor is it an adventure ride. The event organisers in no way imply or accept liability for any damage to the participants, their property or their vehicle or for the results of the actions of the participants
General Disclaimer:
The event organiser, Glenn Sheppard T/As Dargaville Rally in no way implies or provides any warranty or undertaking for liability relating to the potential for loss and damage to property or personal injury of participants at the event.
All participants have registered of their own free will and accept they do so taking full responsibility for their own actions. Participants state they are experienced in and familiar with the operation of motorcycles and fully understand the risks and dangers inherent in motorcycling. They voluntarily participate in the EVENT and expressly agree to assume the entire risk of any accidents or personal injury, including death, which they might sustain to their person and property as a result of their participation in the event, and any negligence (except willful neglect) on the part of Glenn Sheppard T/A Dargaville Rally in performing their duties. Should any behaviour by participants be deemed as unacceptable by the venue operators, then participants accept the organisers have the right to remove said participants from the event.
By ticking the box on the registration page participants certify that they have read this Release and fully understand it and that they are not relying on any statements or representations made by Dargaville Rally or related parties.
Unpaid registration fees:
The organisers reserve the right to close registrations prior to the advertised date of 09 July 2019 should the event sell out prior to this date.
Any registrations that are unpaid at the date of closure will be advised they have 10 working days to finalise their registration by payment of the agreed fee. If payment is not received by the advised date, the registration will be cancelled by the organisers.
All tickets will be posted.
Refund Policy:
There is a no refund policy.
Cancellation:
In the unlikely event of Dargaville Rally being cancelled by the organisers for any reason whatsoever, a full refund of ticket prices will be made to ticket purchasers.
